So I thought I'd make a thread for the pre-evo's that you can breed (I know some are available via trade) at present and have the community help out in filling it. Changed to requirements for all special evolutions as well as to breeding.
Red = not ingame green = ingame blue = unknown
I've hit the limit of what I can test myself, so those with the blue pokemon, please post if you can breed them or achieve the evolutions! :)

Short Answer - you can't yet.
Long answer:
It learns it from level one (I think - check Bulbapedia), but you can only get the move via move rememberer - and the NPC isn't implemented yet. When he is, you can find him with the Deleter in Blackthorn City.

Anyone know how to change the thread title?

and the steel coat=metal coat

Just want to point out that the Moss Rock and Icy Rock are not needed in this game. Eevee evolved to Leafeon when leveled up in Illex Forest and into Glaceon when leveled up in Ice Path.
