Mt.Mortar not completed?

I'm exploring Mt.Mortar at present, and looking at a map of Floor 1 on the wiki, it seems we have additional boulders blocking a path in the game. As far as I can tell, the place is optional, so why it's blocked off is beyond me...

It is still being sorted I'm sure. You also can't swim up the Waterfall like you Should be able too also .

Considering I haven't tried to use Waterfall yet, I didn't know that. Wonder when it'll be done? It's optional, so it's likely to be a while...

Any tricks to speed waiting time for when you try and breed pokemon? I want to breed my starter and ditto says he dislikes him

If he doesn't like him, instead of the origional % to get an egg after 255 steps, it's 20% if you are being cruel and forcing them to make babies

Bother. Any way to get the pokemon to like one another? I'm wanting to keep my starter at base form, so he's still a totadile and I want the other forms for my 'dex.
Wait - I'm forcing them to make babies? I thought it was like daycare for pokemon?

Well, if they don't like each other, you stick them together, 20% chance of an Egg, = Forcing them to make babies .. (you cannot actually be faulted in game for this, I just have a grim humor)

I see...is there a guide on how to breed or anything? I've only ever bred in RSE (ride repeatedly till the daycare man moved out of the gate), and I somehow doubt that'll be the case here...

Simple Breeding = Ditto+Desired pokemon. take 255 steps then pop to him to see if egg spawned.

Yep, that works. I tried with your Pikachu and got a pichu egg (presuming pichu...does pikachu need incense or something for pre-evo's?)

and~ yes it does. Bother, those aren't implemented yet (and likely won't be till Hoehn)...

Pikachu doesn't produce Pichu, There is a small glitch with that ,to get a Pichu you have to breed a Pichu D:

for some reason the maps on bulbapedia/serebii don't show the rocks that are actually there
that section has to be accessed by coming from the top floor
after using the waterfall
