You can't send the online one, thought you meant on the offline save.
Otherwise just check the trading forum.

You can get one on your online save, just go to my thread orsomething. I have Elekids which evolve into Electabuzz.I just wanted an Electabuzz
Or if you play offline, you could send me your save file and I'll add electabuzz for you. >_>
