You and me both. Wobbuffet is only good for catching the legendaries because of shadow tag. Otherwise in gen 3 it makes a good tank.

There can be only one! Because you only get the silver wing OR the rainbow feather. It's also random, because you have to take a test from the guy in the radio tower after messing up Team Rocket.
