I do not have a limit on how many times you ask, I also do not make requests that is why we have MrHippocrit's Breeding Service.(My Signature)

Hahaha, that's a way to think about it, but even then, you are not guaranteed to get an egg even after getting 10k.

I actually got 2 shinies within 5 eggs once, I was like WTF!

But yeah.... for each egg it's a 1/8192 chance that it is shiny. Which is about: 0,0001220703125%

I noticed mate that you are on a Clean Save.
To redeem your Charmander get to Ecruteak City, vist the Pokemon center and talk to Bill, once done you can head back to the Pokemon center in Goldenrod City then pop in the green teleport, Pushed pokemon then DingDing, Free Charmander awaits

I wrote this just in-case you didn't know, don't take offense if you already did
