How can I check my pokemon's happiness?

I don't think the lady that checks it is programmed in just yet and I'm looking for a way to figure out so I can track Golbat's happiness progress. thanks!

The only real way of checking up on your Pokémon's happiness is by talking to them. (look at them and press space)
It's a little vague but it works. If you want to friendship evolve a Pokémon, it should say something along the lines of: ''Proudly walking alongside you.'' '' Suddenly hugs you'' ''plays while looking at you.'' (The last one is kind of creepy.)

I am not sure.... Either they are not implemented yet or they are time/day specific.
