They will be implemented later. I do have news though, you can win one by entering the weekly contest, if they put one up and you get lucky. It also may be shiny as well. Or high level

No, its not trading....
I play offline.....
I can't trade....
The only way to get those pokemon is to edit my save files, and add those.......
But that's cheating ............

Then start fresh, I do it out of boredom in other games, plus the update is delayed so you have plenty of time to catch up. I'd even help you out in accquiring your pokemon again.
