Ya, it is, but people can give themselves any pokemon they want and any item they want....

And there's no harm in that, it's only for online saves that its cheating.

I added that information that zhody created, I made a few changes and when I started my offline save I get a crash

Hunh... Well, I didn't post the new information, and I think you should probably only edit it after having two or more pokemon, so you have another code to sort of 'copy off', like I did.

Also, wow. I'm amazed this turned into an actual discussion thread! I'm not really a trader of pokemon, so, yeah, I'm just fine being offline.

So you're no longer able to add Pokemon to your party? That's a shame, I was actually looking through these topics to see if I'd be able to add Pikachu to my party, since he is unavailable for catching at the moment, but looks like I'll have to wait until Viridian Forest is done.
