Specifically: Woman on the third floor of the radio tower crashes the game when trying to give you TM 11(Sunny Day) and Move Deleter Crash

Also, which specific NPC in the radio tower.

Well there are Several trainers on Route 45 when you go into visual contact it crashes.

all trainers in route 45 crash the game atm (well the ones reachable atm)

Move deleter
R45 trainers
Mary and DJ Ben in radio tower
all are fixed in next version

I'm pretty sure they are. I just wasn't going to move them until OP confirmed it.
