0.34 Missing Silver Texture

I just started the game last night and got to the point when you first battle silver. The battle was just about to start and then the game crashes, so I tried two more times then looked at the crash report.

Message: Texture "C:\Users\daniel\Desktop\Pokemon\Content\Textures\NPC\Silver" not found!

I looked in the NPC textures folder and there is no Sliver file.

I tried re-downloading the game twice and the file is still not in the folder. Is this because the silver file is named as something else or is this just some random thing that is happening to me?
I even tried downloading an older version of the game and the silver file was still missing

This was offline but I can check to see if this happens online
unless your just asking if I play through gamejolt or hosting server through the game

I can't find the file either, started a new game to see if silver was there and he was... so he should be in the files somewhere.

Already reported this bug. (Darkfire just to make sure. )

If you read his post, the most recent version.

Offline or online aren't any different beside some of the features like trading.

I played through my online file and it works fine
I guess I should mention that I was using "Silver's soul" gamemode when this happened

so now that I know the problem can anyone tell me what the rivals "Silver" texture file is please?
and I can tell the creator of the gamemode that too

You should mention something like this before hand, you know.
Darkfire hasn't been working on that gamemode for a while, or I haven't heard much of it. So... it may have issues.

Silver's Soul is on indefinate hiatus because I am busy with RL, main Game and my music pack
