Can't Teach Iron Tail...

Got the Move Iron Tail from Jasmine, (TM 23) and I can't teach it to those who learn can learn it (Onix, Vulpix, Flaffy, ect.). Is this a bug or something wrong on my side?

No, some pokemon just can't learn it through TMs/HMs.

^ Proof that Onix can't learn it through a TM.
Same with Vulpix and Flaaffy.

Yup, just checked.

So, this game uses 5th gen move-sets and thus also its availabilities.
In gen 4, these Pokémon were able to learn Iron Tail through TM, in gen 5 they can't.

Onix can learn it. I was teached it to my Onix.

But Pikachu can`t learn Iron Tail. It is sad =(
