Fixed Berries are not automatically used when held.

Hello, great game, however, the oran berries are not automatically used by my Pokemon when it's health is 50% or less.

I believe Oran berry use is at lower hp like 1/3 but I am not sure

Well, if it is 1/3, than they are pretty much useless, because they only heal 10 points, and my pokemon has like 23 hit points total.

This is confirmed, Oran Berries do NOT work correctly when held.
