Bug in Ecruteak Gym

Hey, in the gym in Ecruteak half of the flooring is grey (assuming it's not loading or something?) and whenever I walk on it I get moved back to just near the doors. I can't get any further than the first trainer so I can't beat the leader and continue the story. Anyone able to help me, or know how to get rid of it? Any help would be much appreciated! undefined

The floor is a puzzle. You have to walk a specific path to get to the gym leader.
