trainer sprites

Im not sure if this has been suggested already or if there is already a plan to do this, but I was thinking it would be a good idea to allow people to switch to any trainer sprite they already passed up when leveling their trainer rank.

It's similar to how our trainer cards currently work, so I think it'll fit right in.
