It depends.
If you say something like ''shit'' probably not. ''Fuck'' if you do it long enough, you might get a warning.
If you actually use swearing to insult, damn right. I take it ''Damn'' is allowed.

Just don't start a flame/hate war and there should be no reason to swear. Keep it civil and giggle.

My specific thoughts:
I swear regularly in real life and on the internet BUT I (almost) never use it as a (true) insult(joking with friends is a different thing)
If someone is rightly offended by something you say swearing or no I will warn you or punish you
There are something things you should NEVER say and I will either just edit it out of your post(b/c you weren't trying to be offensive but were just an idiot about which words never to use) or i will also infract you
so please don't use things like racial slurs as a dirogitory thing because that's just wrong....

Don't worry, I'm never racist over the internet nor in real life. I never swear on the internet and hardly in real life
