Not a bug growlithe-outrage

Leveled up my growlithe to level 43 and he did not learn outrage as posted here:

I'm dissapointed, anybody experience this?
Any possible fix/ condolence???

Just tested it for myself, and you are correct, Growlithe does not learn Outrage at lv43 like it's supposed to.

did you maybe use a rare candy to level up?
i believe those are bugged atm so you can't learn moves with them

My growlithe learned Outrage when I levelled him up normally, via battles, on this version of the game.

You are correct Maria, Growlithe will learn it if you level it up normally, but will not learn it if you use a rare candy

Using rare candy is useless, it just increases a level, but a pokemon fails to learn a new attack or evolve.....
