The crash report itself won't really.... give us much info.

What exactly happend?

It seems like a missing file, try deleting your Pokemon folder, but keep your saves, and try again.

all r45 trainers are bugged
this is why having the crash reports can be good
in this case it told us what script is missing

Besides, this problem was easier to solve without having to give us the report. That is, if it really were the R45 trainers.
