Best Place to Train 0.34?

Hello, I was wondering what do you guys think its the best place to train atm?

I've heard that Route 45 is pretty good, if not, Dark Cave. If you have something to counter water, Route 41 with their lvl 45 Tentacruels.
Route 43 at night time is good, too. Noctowls and Venomoths which give like 600+ xp for traded Pokémon and like 400 for non-traded.

I don't think you understood. Not 'where' as in your location, 'where' as in your progress through the game.
