Ingame Chat Room

I think it'd be interesting to have a kind of chat room in game. By this I do not mean players go to an area and they can talk, I was thinking along the lines of something like the Xat chatbox that could be toggled in game (off to the side maybe) to talk to everyone else who's also in game and wants to talk. It could even be part of the PokeGear menu.

What does everyone else think about something like this?

(For those unfamiliar with Xat, it'd be something like this)

Wouldn't hurt to have the option, if it's toggleable.Would be easier than the current chat system, where talking to more than one person makes conversations a pain (or so I'd imagine from tests...no friends play this )
