Yes this issue is confirmed and will crash the game anytime eevee(or magneton) level up
fixed in next version

But just a curious question, can we get Sylveon since its .dat file is up there?

That file is just a teaser for its full implementation likely in 0.35(it will be available and I will award it via the daily competition however it won't evolve from eevee as we don't yet know how it will evolve from eevee)
you will also find it's cry but not its battle or overworld sprites which I have since received from Anvil
