Fixed [0.34] Rare Candy.

Pokemon will not learn new moves when you level them using Rare Candy. They also will not evolve (unless later leveled by battling). Stats seem to increase, however, I am not sure if they do so properly.

My conclusion: Don't use Rare Candy right now.

I have confirmed this. Pokemon will not learn moves nor evolve through rare candies

Yup, I agree.....
Rare Candy is not that good enough...
But, it could be useful if U are going to defeat an opponent of higher level.....
