Fixed Dratini "behind" sprite used in wild battle

maybe it just thinks it is just too bad ass, here is a picture. yes I modified some files, but only enough to make it appear.

EDIT: here is dratini caught and sent out

Can confirm that the animation files are named wrong if u want to fix it just rename the files appropriate.

Dragonair also has the flipped sprites issue

the rename fix does not work on it, flipped multiple times and tested each flip

Also, the scale of some pokemon seem a bit large. dragonair for instance when it first comes out seems normal than reaches bottom of the game screen to top.
