If you look close enough, some girl it seems is stuck under the building in Olivine city. On a side note, the building next to this one in Olivine city, also next door to the Poke-center where you get Strength, has a man who is behind a counter and the only dialog he gives is that of a sign in Route 29.

im not stuck, im just saying someone is stuck under the map where that building is in the picture.

if a character is not being used on the map atm but is needed for something else(that is monica she gives you an item on mondays) then they have to actually be on the map somewhere
this is our way of including them-hiding them under the map
(you can probably find a hundred or so of these type of npcs littered around the region)
