Yeah, they can. But it's useless. To do that you need to give it exp share. I think it's just a bug and will be fixed in future versions.

well i couldent teach the eevee anything that would hurt ghost types (cant find dig and the hidden power teacher is broken) sent it to ya so you can try to teach it something

well,im not quite into doing IV breeding yet. mainly because im not really sure what they are or how to track/change them to become good.

if you dont mind giving me a lesson in IV though, id be glad to get that eevee for you if i can
