As Typhus said, they will add the other Pokémon once they get to that region.
The game we play now is a mix between g/s/c and HG/SS, so, only gen 1 and 2 Pokémon are implemented.
I doubt we'll see other region Pokémon anytime soon.

What part did you correct me on exactly? I said 5 generations not regions. I never stated what regions they would put in xD

since i assume it would be beneficial if everyone knew how the crystal/hg/ss storyline goes im going to give you the official answer.

no you will not see new pokemon from other generations (excluding prevo's and trade evos and such) UNTIL you defeat the elite four and receive the National Pokedex.

get the national pokedex and then all your pokemon desires will become a reality
