Solved Flash skill

Which pokemon can learn the flash skill ? I looked over wiki, cought a jigglypuff and it says it cant learn it too...

Anyone ? Is that skill working at all ?

I don't know, The Flash HM was implemented in this version and in the Pokémon 3D wiki doesn't say anything about the pokémons that can learn it.

No pokemon can learn attacks by HM or TM yet.
