Fixed [0.33] Rare Candy Glitch

So I gave my Feraligatr 2 Rare Candies, bringing its level from 62 to 64, however, this caused its EXP bar to underflow, now requiring 3 times more EXP than normal to reach the next level (65). The EXP bar itself now wraps far too much to the left.

Also, the increased stats table thingy doesn't appear when a Rare Candy is used.

I had the same thing the rare candy up the level but not the experience.
