An "Are you sure you wish to quite the game" pop-up.

I just raged when I checked my twitter, I used the usual ESC button to go back to my browser, upon returning I really wasnt paying much attention and accidently clicked the "return to main menu" button losing all my progress. I think a simple "Are you sure" or "Would you like to save before returning to the Main Menu" box would solve this.
