Fixed Pokedex Bug

After play for a while, i caught gastly and jigglypuff, both of then are only marked as seen in the pokedex.
I played agains those violet gym trainers and i saw a spearow, but it does not appear as seen in the pokedex

Pokemon seen in Trainer Battles aren't added to the Pokedex [Confirmed]
Catched Pokemon are added when the game is restarted ... I'm pretty sure that this is just how the Pokedex works.

I restarted the game, those two still not added as obtained pokemon
