Will be added item, that make fear wild low level pokemons and they will not attack my pokemon in every 5-6 steps. For acting this item pokemon in 1st slot must have level 30+ and wild pokemons whose level lower then 15 will not attack my pokemon,

I am not aware of any hot-fixes for Pokemon 3D. The hot-fixes are quick fixes that don't require a full download update. I think whichever version we have, is the version until the next full scheduled update.

go to moghany town and you will recieve a call from pr. Elm and then you can go to the radio tower

Don't forget to mention that he HAS to defeat the Ice gym to unlock the call.
