Gamejolt Save won't load

Hi,
every time i log in my gamejolt account in Pokemon 3D and click play online the game stuck in the downloading profile screen. I can go back but i can't play online even if let the game download my profile for hours there isn't any progress.
(Sorry for my english i hope you understand me.)

did you try reinstalling pokemon3d?
