Sometimes being more safer this way or you can use GTS to send the pokemon to another person.Make sure to do at least a few screenshot of your pokemon before trade so that if anything is missing, recovery could be much easier

, but i just have a 2M Internet. i can't connect the official server because my Internet is too slow. should i use the GTS ?

You can use GTS, just make sure to take a few screenshot (F2) of your pokemon summary pages and moves so that if anything goes wrong, we can return the exact same one back to you.thank you
