hey guys does anyone know how to update my .net framework to v4?

download it from microsoft then install it not that hard

Just keep updating your computer, check Windows Updates. Check the updates that come up, Framework 4 will most likely show up under there. If you can't find it, just keep updating your computer and keep checking for updates until it says there are no more updates.
