Woah there speed racer. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The game hasn't reached kanto yet. Let the developers finish the game before placing the special events such as Celebi. As always the main focus for Dev is the story and the maps. I fully plan to see Celebi implemented in the future. But let's get the bigger things out of the way first like kanto and the storyline
