Swinub, or actually, Piloswine learns Ancient Power when he evolves from Swinub into Piloswine which is... lvl 30-ish? But even that is not fully implemented yet. There's a bug.

Does this work yet? I have a swinub ready to evolve and i'm trying different things but he keeps learning fury attack not ancient power.

You could always pass down an egg move right? I think a piloswine would pass down ancient power to the egg.
