Make a new thread, provide pictures and tell us what you were doing.

Im assuming your pokemon dont know teleport, and that you have no escape ropes. can you move? If so, move around and fight pokeomon untill you faint. Or try and use fly to escape. Anything that teleports you.

Sometimes, if you fall through the floor, it thinks you aren't in a cave and let's you.

They should work, as long as you are inside the cave, if outside try flying. And if this issue has not already been posted, please do post what you were recently doing, so the staff can work it out.
