You can always try the GTS, I check frequently, evenn if it isnt trust worthy Ignore the hacked ones, I usually take them and *set them free* But i think i did see some wobefetts in there recently. They may have been traded though.

other than pokemon i can catch in the wild, if you want i can also give you a dratini or breed one of the 1st generation starters to ease getting them for other people. i can also help you guys with requests breeding these or the rhyhorn and larvitar and start giving back myself =)
