Thanks, sorry I couldn't get wobbufet, but it only has a 12-15% spawn rate.

I couldn`t have catch it too. I was using Delibird to catch, but Wobbuffet ignore all my pokeballs =(

Wobbufet isn't even very good. It has shadow tag, which keeps pokemon from running, other than that.....no good.
