Yeah, I think it's implemented. Same hing with Yanma. As far is I know they are evolving after learning Ancient Power. And they learning it on 33lvl. By the way, Shiny Yanmega looks awesome :3.

Aipom learns Double Hit at lvl 32 and when you lvl it with Double Hit in the move-set, it will evolve.
