Already told Darky.
I could get one with ease, too. It just ruins it. Plus, you shouldn't trust the GTS that much, just talking person to person and using the Friend Hub is much safer.

No no, that one is legit.
That Voltorb is obtained by trading with a NPC in Olivine. I just checked my own Voltorb and it says Power Plant, too.

You can't really determine anything when it's level one. Get it to like lvl 5 and check again, a few EVs don't mess up anything.
