MrHippocrit i put pics of my shiny golem in my screen shot album so you can see what i mean xD SatanClaus pokerus is basically a virus your pokemon can catch. its not a bad thing even tho viruses are bad. in this case a pokemon with pokerus will have a slight exp boost and it slightly ups your stats upon leveling up. it can also spread withen your party pokemon thus you can keep it forever if you choose. however if you happen to get it and want to get rid of it, it depends on the severity of pokerus for example it can last up to 15 days max and 1 day minimum and has a severity level of 1-2. 1 meaning less exp and stat boost and less time with it. 2 meaning much more exp and stat boost and longer time period with it yet harder to catch at the same time. srry too long xD

btw, i don't know some parts of Pokemon's history, so... what with this pokemon?

that is deoxys. it is a special event legendary pokemon. the only way to obtain it is by going to the special event with ur ds and pokemon game or cheat to get him. deoxys also has three differnt and unique forms. speed form, attack form, and defense form. each form looks different for the others. his shiny version of him looks yellow. he is also a psychic type pokemon that has high special attack special defense high speed good hp and some really good move sets. he can also be unbeatable if the move sets are set right. x) his first appearence was in pokemon ruby and sapphire. im pretty pokemon educated xp

in a way it is but if you play a pokemon game from a emulator it is impossible to get pokemon that only evolves by trading.
