I don't mind helping you with this, but first I think you'll want to 1. Make sure you are playing on an On-line save, it states On-line. 2. You need to get to Ecruteak City. Once you hit this stage then I can help you, also as for Houndoor, you can obtain that in-game fairly easy, usually plastered on GTS too. But anything on the list on First post, we will do .

You can send it, but he won't be able to access it until he does those things... is what you meant to say.

It makes sense, otherwise I could send you a lvl 100 Pokémon and you wouldn't have to do any training to be able to finish the whole game, lol.
