Not a bug Starters: All are Totodile

I just started playing, and as I was going to pick a starter from Elm, all three of the pokeballs contained Totodile...

Did you try actually going in front the other pokeballs ? The problem might be in the downloader too, that should be looked up.

open /pokemon/scripts/
and open the files named for the gen 1 starters
copy the 12th line of each and paste them here
