Right click the Launcher and select Properties. A change icon feature should be there.

What do you mean by it? The Properties? The Launcher? The Change Icon?

Okay I just checked: All of my programs have it, except for this one. So I'm not sure now.

I forgot to respond that no, there was no such option. I mean, big deal—we're stuck with the default icon, but yeah.

I'm not sure if replying to resources is considered necro (specially the ones that do not depend on the version of the game), If so, Do what you must.
Anyway, I just want to say that, you cannot change the Icon of programs, only shortcuts, If you want to use this Icon, Create a shortcut of the launcher (Send it to the desktop for example) and change the shortcut's Icon to this one.
