Fixed Not recieving HM1 after catching farfecth'd

i caught farfetch'd, talked to the trainer, he says blah blah how his boss's pokemon wont obey him because he doesnt have a badge. i can leave the forest. go find the charcoal dude, talk to him, nothing. no hm1. go back in the forest, talk to the guy again, he says the same stuff. what do i do? i cant progress without cut

yes. im still in game right now. The farfetch'd is standing next to the trainer and i cant talk to it. it just looks around. I can talk to the trainer and he just babbles about how he doesnt have a badge. His boss is supposed to show up and give me the HM. So much for appreciation! D: that little duck was hard to catch!

yes. you talk to the trainer after you chase farfetch'd back to him. and his boss comes out and gives you the HM

Would you be able to send me your charcoal_defeat.dat file? Just go into your Pokemon folder, scripts and the ilex. I may know the problem.
