Is there any way to go back an update?

Basically exactly as it says, I wish to go back to the previous version for the time being as I have some unavoidable issue with my client that prevents it from launching and only seems to have arisen with this version. I've tried posting about it in the Bugs forum but 70+ people read it and not a soul responded so I'm assuming either no one knows a thing about it or no one cares enough to figure it out. I'm hoping this isn't a recurring issue that I start having with all future updates but before version 0.32 I didn't have a single issue so I don't have a clue what's going on.

As far as I know, there is no way to downgrade an update, unless you remove Pokemon 3D and download the game files to an older version, this is risky, because of the game data that you are using from the newer version may have conflicts with the older version. Plus, if you are thinking of doing this to upload your Offline pokemon into your Online account in the newer update, don't bother, because in 0.32 any trades from the older versions were rendered worthless.

Nah, you can probably tell from my GameJolt ID on the left over there that I don't have online set up yet. I just wanna restore my game to a playable state. I've even tried overwriting the music files with a music pack to see if that would fix it as its saying its something to do with sound files but I'm not getting anywhere with that either.

Better make an online save. Gamjeolt will store and protect your save, plus you'll be able to trade and enter the daily competition. Even if you have bugs with the game that wont affect your save.

Just delete the game and reinstall it all. If you have any game data that you want to back up, go to your "Pokemon" folder, and copy the folder titled "Saves". Then delete the entire Pokemon folder contents, and run the Launcher, and update the game. This should fix any game issues. Once you finish, move the Save folder back and replace the one from the new update. If this still doesn't work, it's most likely your save is broken. I can try to repair it if you tell me specifically what is wrong.

Already did that... didn't work. Look at the link to the Bug Post in the OP, me and Dark have been trying to figure it out to no avail... its a really messy issue actually.

I don't understand the crash reports. How, when, why did your game crashed. Did you try making a gamejolt account and play ? Have you used any mods ?

I wouldn't be able to... my P3D doesn't work to begin with. That's why I'm trying to rewind back a version. So far all we've been able to deduce is that its something to do with Windows Media Player not working properly so sound isn't getting played properly, thus causing a problem. (Which is odd because like I said, I didn't have this problem in 0.31.)

Hmmm, seems that the error cropping up at the same time as the update was purely coincidental as it still will not launch even from the previously working version... o.o

Have you had any system updates lately? Like to your windows? What's you specs? And also maybe redownload the latest music player and stuff. See what happens

Already tried redownloading Windows Media Player, when I disabled it and re-enabled it I actually got about 20 or so Windows updates. (I'm assuming they were related to Media Player?)

And specs well...
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955
Motherboard: ASRock M3A770DE
Memory: 16GB 1333 (DDR3)
Video Card: GeForce GTX275
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1
High definition sound device (Literally all it says here)
Digital audio (S/PDIF) (High Def Audio)

It feels like something is missing but I'm tired from only getting about 5 hours of sleep so if I missed something obvious please feel free to let me know.

So here's the big question. Can you actually start up the game? Like get to the main menu I mean or can you not launch the game itself?
