Implemented When Learning a new move, set the default to No.

So when I'm leveling up pokemon I end up replace moves because I spam my A button (xbox controller, I use Xpadder) And I end up replace my pokemons first move because I slap the A button so fast that learning the move happens so quickly and I have no time to stop it. Probably why in the Handheld games they set the default to no.
(when replacing new moves "do you want to replace ... with ..." Set the default to no, not yes)
