Yes but you must replace the files for the sprites
this will only effect your computer
also if you are waiter class
and you replace the waiter sprite
any other waiters will appear as such

Well, I'm in "offline" mode, it doesn't matter if it's visible on my pc, right?
And... Where can I found the sprites? Maybe in the Content folder?

Since I'm in "offline" mode, am I a waiter class? Does it affect any other player?

Sorry for the tons of question but I learned in this forum I have to be sure about everything ^^

Oh offline mode
drop the sprite in /pokemon/content/textures/npc/
open /pokemon/save/<save name>/player.dat in notepad
find the line named skin
change the name listed there to the name of the file you put in the NPC folder
