Where do i find a leaf stone in the game?

I've been reading you can have it from picknicker Gina on Route 34. But since we don't have a pokégear in the game (no phone) we can't exchange numbers so i can't get the leaf stone from her.
Does anyone knows where i can find/buy/trade/etc... a leaf stone?

The Items are in just you can't get them(since they aren't laying on the ground or in stores)
what place is that
everywhere should have roofs
The current game goes up through mahogany town
