Add the ability to manually organize our inventory in-game.

In all of the pokemon games since the addition of multiple inventory menus, there has been the ability to manually move items up and down the list. This is important because it allows people to put their most used items near the top and their least used items near the bottom.

This feature needs to be added to the game so I dont need to scroll through a list of early game items (potions, pokeballs etc...) to get to the items relevant to my progress (ultraballs, moomoo milk, fullheals).

If this feature is already in the game, plz tell me how to do it.
